Class Descriptions

Mommy and Me Movement-This class is designed for children ages 18 months- 3 years old.  Mom and Dad participate along with the children as we encourage development through play and movement.  From sensory stimulation and problem-solving to coordination and motor skill development, you and your child will stretch your imagination and have a blast while doing it in this 50 minute class.

Pre-school Combination-In this hour and a half class, students around the ages of 3-5 will be introduced to the basics of Tap, Jazz, Ballet, and Acrobats, in an age appropriate manner.  Each hour and a half class will consist of two 45-minute sections of either Tap and Ballet, or Jazz and Acrobats.

Beginner Combo-This hour and a half class is designed to take students around the ages of 6-9 to the next level.  These students have mastered the basics and are ready to start learning the proper technique in all areas of dance.

Intermediate-The intermediate level classes are hour-long classes that work with students around the ages of 10-14.  In these classes students have a good technique base and want to receive more instruction in the content of all areas of dance.

Advanced-At this level, students have very strong technique, a high level of content knowledge, and a passion for dance.  Students around the ages of 14 and up will learn at a quicker pace and be educated in different styles of dance while still being challenged and having fun.

Adult classes-These hour-long classes are perfect for those who enjoy dance and are looking for a fun way to get a workout.  Using a variety of dance styles, from Latin to Hip-Hop, these classes will get your feet moving and teach you the importance of dance for exercise and enjoyment.

Stretch and Strength-In these classes students work on flexibility and core-strengthening to improve balance and develop technique in many areas of dance.
